A highly experienced engineer, Phil, has worked in the rail industry for many years, including previously for Network Rail and AECOM.

Phil said ‘It is great to be given the opportunity to develop a new signalling team for Andromeda and further enhance our current LV capabilities. I am looking forward to the challenges of adding another capability within an already capable company.’
