Andromeda developed a bespoke competency management system for a rapidly growing SME.

We assisted with the implementation of this system across key groups of people such as project engineers, designers and managers. The system was easy to use and intuitive for people at all levels of the organisation. Assessment tools were developed that could be used by people with domain knowledge and provided an output that could be easily understood and non threatening to those being assessed. The approach was welcome by all participants and individual development plans were created that ensured that people could see how their skills could be improved.

Andromeda are particularly proud that they were able to develop the in-house capability to support the competency management system, assessment activity and ongoing training and development without external support. Andromeda continue to develop its tools and methods so that building capability can be fun, effective and efficient.
